DOING Waste tyre pyrolysis machine working process from A to Z:
1, Feeding waste tyre , waste plasitc or waste rubber into pyrolysis machine reactor , becasue we have 60tons hydraulic autofeeder , so like the waste tyre , client needn't shredder or crush it .And use the auto feeder can feed more waste into pyrolysis machine reactor.
2, Preheating of the pyrolysis machine , you can use coal, wood, gas or oil as fuel .
3 , Oil coming out , average 12 hours for all oil coming out .after the oil coming out , you need control the fire in the furnace to balance the temperature in the reactor to make sure most oil gas become oil finally , but not tail gas.
4, After all the oil coming out ,cool down the pyrolysis machine , and you can start discharge the carbon black out from the reactor , you can use screw conveyor or vacumm carbon black dischargedevice suck carbon black out from carbon black pit. Our scientific and reasonable carbon black disrchage method can make discharge carbon black clearer , safer without pollution.
5, If your raw mateiral is waste tyre , you also need disrcarge the steel wire out , for our machine , you needn't other device to pull the steel wire out , we design a special hook on the autofeeder , and through control the autofeeder to pull the steel wire out .
6, Dust removing device, you know when you use fuel like wook, gas , oil and gas to heat the machine, when these fuel buring , it cause some smoke, ash and gas , as per clients' request , we design different dust removing device to reach differnt countries environmental standard.
7, For the oil from the pyrolysis machine, it can be used in heavy oil generator , or used as fuel in ceramic factory, glass factory, electric power factory, steel making factory, boiler factory, or it can be further processed in distillation machine ,oil refining machine and small and color removing machine.
