The core of continuous pyrolysis process lies in the efficient conversion of waste tires into various high-value products. Taking a capacity of 50 tons/day as an example, the equipment decomposes tires into the following components through anaerobic heating (temperature controlled at 450-550°C):

1. Approximately 35-45% TPO tyre pyrolysis oil (calorific value equivalent to conventional diesel, approximately 44.32 MJ/kg, which can be directly used as fuel oil for industrial boiler heating, or further refined into non-standard diesel through pyrolysis oil refining equipment);

2. 25-35% carbon black (which can be briquetized by a carbon black briquetting machine for easy combustion, or ground and refined for use in the rubber and pigment industries);

3. 10-15% steel wire (extracted before entering the pyrolysis reactor and directly recycled for steel remanufacturing);

4. A small amount of syngas (which can be used as the equipment's own energy source).
