When the client first entered the pyrolysis industry, due to their lack of experience, they unfortunately purchased a used, non-functioning, fully continuous pyrolysis machine. This unpleasant experience led them to question the supplier's technical capabilities and the reliability of the equipment.

In April 2025, we established our first contact with the client. Facing their concerns stemming from their past experience, we felt a deep sense of responsibility and determined to seize this opportunity to fully demonstrate the superior performance and technical strength of our fully continuous pyrolysis machine.

During May, we engaged in in-depth discussions with the client, sharing in detail our products, technological innovations, and the advantages that differentiate us from our competitors. In June and July, the project progressed at a slower pace as the customer continued their in-depth research. However, we remained proactive, providing the customer with all the necessary information and support.

In August, the customer left a message expressing their interest in our fully continuous pyrolysis machines. We promptly contacted them and scheduled a visit to our company. During the visit, the Polish customer was impressed by our facilities and the knowledge of our team. They were particularly interested in our production capabilities and the performance of our equipment. The customer also had the opportunity to interact with our technical staff, which further strengthened their confidence in our company.

Finally, we drafted the contract, and sent it to the customer for review. We offered a discount to encourage the customer to make a decision promptly. The customer was satisfied with the price and terms, and after internal discussions and legal reviews, they confirmed the order and made a down payment.
