This Indian customer operates in the chemical sector and possesses extensive market development experience. Through online research, the Indian customer identified substantial profit potential in the plastic pyrolysis industry—specifically, the conversion of plastic waste into fuel oil via pyrolysis technology—and resolved to add this field as a new business segment. To validate this business opportunity, they opted to start with a small-scale plastic pyrolysis unit, enabling them to test a variety of plastic types and accurately evaluate oil yield performance.
